Aurevia Health runs the 90 Day Weight Loss Program from our clinic at 9800 Brimhall Road, Suite 100, Bakersfield, CA 93312. This notice covers the application on this page.
What we collect
- Your name, mobile phone, email and ZIP code
- What you tell us about why you're starting now
- Your Instagram or Facebook handle, about how many followers you have and how you'd like to share
- Whether you can commit to the dates, the best time to call you and how you heard about us
- Your yes to the 90 day promise and to being contacted
Our host also logs the basics any website sees, like the time of your visit and the type of browser you used.
Why we collect it
- To review your application and pick the people for each cohort
- To call, text or email you about your application and to set up your first visit
- To look at your public Instagram or Facebook page, since sharing your ninety days is part of the program
Who sees it
Our team at Aurevia Health, and our marketing partner who runs this page for us. Your application is stored with our website host. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for advertising.
If you're picked
What you post about your ninety days is public, and Instagram and Facebook's own privacy rules apply to it. You decide what to share. Your labs, scan results and health details stay between you and your provider unless you choose to share them yourself.
Texts and calls
If you check the contact box, we may call, text or email you about your application. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text and we'll stop texting you.
Cookies and tracking
This page doesn't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels right now. If that changes, we'll update this notice first.
How long we keep it
We keep applications for as long as we need them to run this program and to invite you to future cohorts. After that, we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it, and we won't treat you any differently for asking. Call the clinic at 661 863 9988, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, and ask for the 90 Day Weight Loss Program. We may need to confirm it's you first.
Changes
If we change how we handle applications, we'll update this page and the date below.
